Turmos’s Arm is one of Turmos's vines that appears to try and stop the Kid from proceeding further into the shrine. This fight cannot be avoided, even so it is a only a small and short boss battle.

General[]

The vine arm has spikes, leaves and two eye-like appendixes. It can move through the ground and travel across it.

It carries a regular key, which allows the Kid to progress further in the dungeon.

History[]

When the Catastrophe hits and destroys Pirta as well, the Emblem of Earth is being taken into the Great Forest Shrine.[1] At that time a man in a dark cape appears and offers his help to the Owru.[2] He brings them a seed, which begins to grow violently into Turmos.[3] Turmos takes over the shrine, making it impossible for the Owrus to enter it.[4] For a thousand years Turmos keeps access to the shrine and the Emblem of Earth barred, until the Kid arrives.

Turmos uses one of its vine arms, Turmos's Arm, trying to deter the boy from proceeding but fails and the Arm is destroyed.

Battle[]

The Kid fights Turmos's Arm.

Attack[]

The vine will curl up for a moment and then springs up forcefully, damaging anything that is standing too close. Due to its thorns it will also hurt its opponent when they have direct contact (such as walking into the vine or being unable to avoid it).

Defense[]

The vine has no defenses up and can be attack with any weapon. It has no particular weak-spot and simply has to be hit enough to lower its health to zero.

Reward[]

Turmos's Arm carries a regular key, which it will drop upon defeat. The Kid automatically collects the key.
