Grand Regent Archimedes (better known as Archimedes) is an innovative inventor and the only Grand Regent of Arcadia in the history of Gaia before the Catastrophe. After settling down in southern Arcadia with his wife Calliope, he soon becomes one of the Wise Men, councilors which govern in the absence of a king, and later takes on the role of Grand Regent, bringing an age of peace and prosperity to Arcadia due to great technological advances.
