The Kid uses and collects many items in Oceanhorn: Monster of Uncharted Seas, from keys to open doors, coins to purchase refill items, to treasures found in chests.
Shop Items[]
 "Automatic arrow refill when you run out!" The arrow refill is available for purchase in shops after the Kid acquired the Bow inside the Forest Shrine Pyramid, where it costs 50 coins. Only one refill can be bought at a time until it is used. |
  "Your bombs will refill when you run out!" The bomb refill is available at shops for purchase once the Kid has acquired the Bombs from Bomb Island. They cost 100 coins. Only one refill can be purchased at a time. |
  "Fill your heart containers" The bottle of Health will fill up all of the Kid's heart containers. They are purchasable at shops for 30 coins. |
  "Honey is loved by all creatures" Honey is a quest item, required to enter Deep Cove of Gillfolk's Drop. The first container of Honey can be acquired by helping the Honey Man on Southwind Isle, after that it becomes a permanent item for purchase in shops, where it costs 100 coins. |
  "Enough potion to fill your manameter" This bottle of mana can be purchased from shops for 30 coins. It fills the entire mana bar. |
Treasures[]
  Adds 150 coins to the Kid's budget. |

  Coins are the main game currency. They are found in bushes and chests, dropped by slain enemies and earned when collecting other treasures. |
  Adds 50 coins to the Kid's budget. |
  Adds 1 coin to the Kid's pocket. |
  It adds 5 coins to the Kid's budget. |
  Adds 20 coins to the Kid's budget. |
Collectible Items[]
  Cursed Skulls are collectable items on the Island of Whispers, there being ten in total. Each skull reveals part of the island's background story. Collecting all skulls rewards the player with the challenge Witness. |
  Explorer Crystals are XP-granting crystals that advance the Kid's Adventurer Level. There are different types that add 25, 50, 100, 250 and 500 XP to the Kid's experience and can be found in treasure chests. |
  Heart Pieces are scattered throughout the Uncharted Seas. When collected, they refill the Kid's health and once four heart pieces have been collected, they combine into a new heart container. |
Keys[]
  It is a big key made of yellow metal with distinct "horns" on its head. It is used for opening special doors and chests with valuable items. There can be only one Master Key per island and it only opens doors and chests on this particular island. The Kid can carry several Master Keys from different islands simultaneously. Master Keys are obtained from chests, non-player characters, and monsters (for example, the Master Key for the Direfolk's Hideout is obtained from an Ogre, which the Kid has to defeat).   It is a small key made of gray metal with nothing ordinary in appearance. It is used to open locked doors with keyholes in them. Regular Keys are usually found in Treasure Chests, but can be obtained after defeating certain "keyholder" enemies (Goblins, Skeletons) and mini-bosses (Turmos' Arm) as well. |
